As Hoop Gallery is run by a team of dedicated volunteers, we are aiming to keep administration work to a minimum.

The web form on the EOI page is our preferred method for submission of Expressions of Interest (EOI), but if you are unable to use this form, we encourage you to submit your proposal using the printable PDF below.
