We’re excited to celebrate the annual Members Exhibition at Hoop Gallery in February 2026.
Hoop Gallery continues to build momentum, helping artists form genuine, effective connections with patrons and the broader community. We exist to connect artists and community, supporting impactful creative artworks and meaningful exchanges.

To be involved in the show you will need to complete the application form and make payment at the time of submission. You will also need to be a current member.

Exhibition is from 5 February to 22 February 2026
Entries close 16 January 2026
• Artists must pay an entry fee of $30 per artwork or $50 for two, maximum of two artworks per artist.
• Artwork must be a maximum of 650mm x 650mm in any direction including frame. All mediums accepted.
• Any changes to original work/s submitted must be notified to the Exhibition Coordinator before entries close via hoopgalleryexhibitions@gmail.com. Work not matching the application will not be able to be accepted.
• To enter you must be a current financial member of Hoop Gallery (SCAS Inc. - Surf Coast Art Space)
• All artwork must be original of the artist and not breach the intellectual property
of other artists and not have been shown in the Hoop gallery previously.
• Bump In: Artwork must be delivered to Hoop Gallery, 77 Beach Rd, Torquay (opposite the library) between the hours of 4-6pm on Sunday 1 February or 9:30am-11:30am on Monday 2 February.
• Artwork must remain on display for the duration of the exhibition from 5 February
to 22 February
• Bump Out: Unsold artwork is to be collected on Sunday 22 February 4-6pm or Monday 23 February 9:30am - 11:30am.
• If you are unable to meet the Bump In and Bump Out times you will need to have someone do this for you.
• All artworks must be for sale.
• 2D artwork must be ready to hang with D-rings, no staples or blue tac will be
accepted. If 3D Works require a stand, please provide.
• 20% Commission on all artwork sold will be deducted from the full sale price shown on the application form.
• Artists will be required to sit the gallery for half a day during the exhibition. A roster will be organised after the submission date closes.
• Artist must attach name, contact number and price of artwork to the back of each work in the lower left-hand corner or via a swing tag for 3D works.
• While all care is taken to ensure safety of artwork, in line with best industry practice, the gallery takes no responsibility for damaged artwork. Artists are encouraged to insure their work if they are concerned.
• The Hoop Gallery committee reserves the right to limit number of works due to space restrictions.
• Photos from this application may be used for marketing purposes.
• Opening event Friday 6 Feb 6-8pm
