Soul of Surfing brings together a dynamic selection of artists based here on the beautiful Surf Coast, exploring the deep cultural and emotional connection between people and the ocean.

This exhibition reflects on David's recent experiences, from daily swims in Torquay to time spent in India. Rooted in the idea of pareidolia, the tendency to find meaning within abstraction, the works explore the space between reality and imagination. Beginning with intuitive, abstract forms, the paintings evolve into biomorphic shapes and imagined entities, transforming everyday observations into a dreamlike, interpretive world.
