Sticks, bamboo, wire, tree branches, cotton rope, fishing line, wire, gut.

‘Cocoon’ is a vessel that holds, protects, and nurtures—a place for growth and transformation. Organic in form and natural in tone, the sculpture evokes both the fragility and resilience found in nature. Cotton threads are woven into topographic-like webs, symbolising maps, pathways, and the unseen journeys of things yet to come. As a vessel of possibility and becoming, Cocoon speaks to emergence, growth, and new beginnings.
